5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your plan at any time from your account dashboard. Eligible plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase; domain registration fees and renewals are non-refundable.

We target 99.9% uptime across our hosting infrastructure but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Press Hosting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including data loss, except where caused by our gross negligence.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use guidelines. You may terminate your account at any time; fees already paid are non-refundable except as described above.
